For merchandise purchased through our platform, we follow the return and refund policy of Printify. We encourage our users to carefully review the product descriptions, sizing guides, and shipping times before making a purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receipt.

For the waiting list registration fee, it is non-refundable as it secures your spot on the waiting list. Once the product becomes available, you will be notified and can proceed with the purchase.

In case of any technical issues or errors with the payment process, please contact our customer support team immediately and we will do our best to assist you.

We reserve the right to cancel or refund any purchase or registration fee in case of any violation of our platform's rules and policies, or if we suspect any fraudulent activity. Our decision in such matters shall be final and binding.
